Eleven-year-old Star Franklin dreams of becoming a star of stage and screen. When her sixth-grade teacher announces a class production of Cinderella, Star thinks this may be her big break, if she can just get past the obnoxious scene-stealing Lacey London, her own lack of self-confidence, and Justin, the bully who’s determined to make everyone’s life miserable.
